Windows 10 Pro X64 1607 Build 14393.693 MULTi-19 Jan 2017: The Ultimate Guide

This was also an issue in 2012 R2 Essentials. I had the opportunity to upgrade to 2016 Essentials with the hope the issue would be resolved, but it's still a BUG in 2016 as well. All computers exhibiting the issue are Windows 10 Pro v.1607 Build 14393.693, fully updated. I have other computers with the exact same version and build, but they don't have the issue. Seems like it might be a Windows 10 issue, but the only way you'd see this problem is if you're using Essentials, so puts it back on the server.
